Delivery charges for rural addresses range from $20 to $25.
Why do you have a cut-off time?
Our courier comes first thing in the morning to pick up our deliveries for the day, so we need to get the orders ready the night before. This is why we have an order cut-off time of 05:00pm (our closing time).
Need same-day delivery? We can’t make any guarantees, but give us a call on 0800 700 987 and we’ll see what we can do. Additional charges may apply.
Why don’t you deliver on Mondays?
We go to the flower auction in Mt Wellington on Monday mornings. This means that we miss the morning courier run to the city and outer areas.
My address isn’t rural but your website says it is?
Our orders are delivered by a specialty floral courier service, rather than a regular courier. Because of this what we consider to be rural may differ from what you’re used to.
If there are any problems with your delivery – e.g. damaged or non-delivered items, please contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with our courier and get you a replacement. More information can be found in our Delivery Terms & Conditions.
Unfortunately we do not take orders for time-specific deliveries through our website.
Orders to residential addresses will be delivered between 9:00am and 6:00pm on your chosen delivery date. Orders to business addresses will be delivered before 5:00pm. Please indicate whether you are delivering to a business address by including the business name at checkout.
If you do have an urgent or time-sensitive order, please call us on 0800 700 987. The more notice you can give us, the better. Additional delivery charges may apply.
