Substitution Policy

Due to the constantly changing availability of certain flowers, a substitution may be necessary in order to fulfill your order. Because of this, the flowers you receive will vary from what is displayed in our online store. In the event of a substitution, The Lost Flower Shed will take reasonable care to maintain the style, theme and colouring of each arrangement. We will always use flowers of equal or greater value.

Please note that certain products may become unavailable at any given time. This is especially true around holidays such as Valentines or Mother’s day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. In the event that any part of your order should be out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a substitution or refund.

What we mean when we say 'Florist's Choice'

Some products available on our website, such as our Hat Box Posies and certain gift bundles, contain ‘Florist’s Choice’ arrangements.

All florist’s choice arrangements are custom made to order, and could include any flowers in any colour, style, or theme. The pictures we include on our website are for reference only – the arrangement you receive will not be the same as what is pictured. However, all florist’s choice arrangements are created using only the freshest flowers, to the same high standard that our customers know to expect. No matter the contents of any one arrangement, the value of the arrangement will still be the same.
