Delivery Questions
Do you deliver?
We deliver flowers and gifts across the Auckland metropolitan area. Some rural/outer areas are excluded. To check we can deliver your order, type your delivery postcode into the box below, then hit enter:

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Please see our Flower Delivery Information page for more information.
Can I choose what day my order is delivered?
You can choose your delivery date during checkout.
Whether or not we can commit to an exact delivery time is determined on a case-by-case basis, and therefore this option is not available on our website. If you need your order delivered at a certain time, please call our store on 0800 700 987 so we can arrange this for you. Additional charges may apply.
Important note: If you write a delivery time in the order notes box without confirming with us first via phone, you acknowledge there is NO GUARANTEE your request will be met.
What time will my order be delivered?
You can choose your delivery date at checkout.
All orders to residential addresses will be delivered between 9:00am and 6:00pm on your chosen delivery date.
Orders to business addresses will be delivered between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Please indicate whether you are delivering to a business address by including the business name at checkout.
What do I do if I have a problem with delivery?
If there are any problems with your delivery – e.g. damaged or non-delivered items, please contact us immediately. More information can be found in our Delivery Terms & Conditions.
Do you deliver outside of Auckland?
We only deliver flowers within Auckland, you can read more about our specific delivery zones here.
As for gifts and other items, we can deliver those elsewhere within New Zealand.
Our website has been set up specifically for Auckland flower deliveries (our main trade), so you won't be able to place your order online. To order gifts for delivery outside of Auckland, send an email to anna@thelostflowershed.co.nz or ring our shop on 0800 700 987. Please note that these items will be sent via NZ post, so you will not be able to choose your delivery date as you normally would with our Auckland deliveries, which are sent via floral courier.
There is no delivery option available for my address, but it's not rural?
Our website uses postcodes to determine whether an address falls within our delivery area or not.
Unfortunately, there are parts of some urban suburbs that share postcodes with rural areas that we don't deliver to, so you will need to ring our shop to order.
Checkout Questions
I only see an option for pick up
If you have entered your delivery address and still do not see an option for delivery, it means that we do not deliver to the address you have entered.
We deliver fresh flowers and gifts throughout Auckland only, from Hatfields Beach in the north to Papakura in the south, and west as far as Massey. Some rural areas are excluded. We do not offer NZ-wide or international delivery at this stage. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

I only see an option for delivery
Uncheck the box next to 'Order for Delivery?' on the checkout page.
I cannot click on the delivery date that I want
If a delivery date is greyed-out and you cannot click on it, then delivery is not available on that date.
There are a number of reasons why this may happen; we might be closed, fully booked, or our order cut-off time may have already passed. You can read more about our opening hours and cut-off times on our Delivery Information page.
I want my flowers delivered at a certain time
We do not take orders for time-specific deliveries through our website.
If you do have an urgent or time-sensitive order, please call us on 0800 700 987. The more notice you can give us, the better, as we will need to organise a separate courier run for you. Additional delivery charges may apply. More information as to why this is can be found on our Delivery Information page.
