✘ Vaccine Passes – Vaccine passes are not required.
✘ Contact Tracing – Contact tracing is no longer required, and we will no longer be displaying QR codes.
For your peace of mind, all of our shop staff and delivery contractors have been fully vaccinated.
We are currently receiving a very high volume of orders. To make things quicker and easier for you, we highly recommend pre-ordering online for click-and-collect. This way we can have your order ready for you when you arrive, and you won’t need to wait. Our entire catalogue of flowers and gifts is available from our website. Click here to order.
Click-and-collect is available under the current Orange Light settings.
Order your flowers and gifts online and choose your desired pick-up date and time at checkout. When your pick-up time rolls around, simply pull in and park as normal, and collect your order from the shop.
Our Auckland flower and gift delivery service is available under the current Orange Light settings, however some restrictions still apply:
✘ MIQ Facilities – We are not delivering to any managed isolation or quarantine facilities.
✔ Hospitals – It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether a facility is accepting delivers. Please check with a facility whether they are accepting deliveries BEFORE you place your order with us.
We are currently unable to deliver to the following hospitals:

✘ Middlemore
✘ North Shore
✘ Waitakere
✔ Nursing Homes, Hospice, and Aged Care Facilities – It is the customer’s responsibility to check whether a facility is accepting delivers. Please check with a facility whether they are accepting deliveries BEFORE you place your order with us.
We guarantee that your order will be delivered before 6pm on your chosen delivery date. However, due to extra precautions and staffing shortages as a result of the current Omicron outbreak, deliveries are taking longer than usual. This means that your order may arrive later in the day than it may have in the past. If you have a time-sensitive order, please call our shop on 0800 700 987 so that we can properly arrange this for you. Otherwise, our standard flower delivery terms and conditions apply.
