Jordan Rondel, founder of cult cake brand The Caker, has chosen some of her favourite recipes to turn into luxury cake kits. The kits contain the same quality ingredients used in The Caker’s Auckland and LA bakeries. Simple to make with no special equipment needed, the kits come complete with decorations and a non-stick cake pan liner.
Based on one of the recipes The Caker was founded on, this kit makes the most decadent, fudge-like chocolate cake ever – and it’s gluten free! The quality of the chocolate is the key to this cake’s glorious richness, so inside the box you’ll find the exact same chocolate used in The Caker’s Auckland and Los Angeles cakeries. A touch of edible 24k gold leaf pressed onto the top of your cake makes it even more lavish.

This kit cannot be made Vegan. This kit is Gluten Free. Please note however, these kits are packed in an environment that also processes other ingredients, so while the utmost care is taken, there is always a chance of cross contamination with allergens. The Caker does not recommend their cakes to those with severe gluten allergies or intolerances, as there is always the tiniest chance of traces.
