Jordan Rondel, founder of cult cake brand The Caker, has chosen some of her favourite recipes to turn into luxury cake kits. The kits contain the same quality ingredients used in The Caker’s Auckland and LA bakeries. Simple to make with no special equipment needed, the kits come complete with decorations and a non-stick cake pan liner.
This kit creates a very sticky carrot cake that is gently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. The recipe includes dried currants to add an extra burst of tart sweetness to each bite. Top it all off with classic cream cheese icing and an organic salted caramel to drizzle.

This cake cannot be made vegan. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and therefore is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.
