Jordan Rondel, founder of cult cake brand The Caker, has chosen some of her favourite recipes to turn into luxury cake kits. The kits contain the same quality ingredients used in The Caker’s Auckland and LA bakeries. Simple to make with no special equipment needed, the kits come complete with decorations and a non-stick cake pan liner.
This kit makes an exceptionally moist, not-overly-sweet cake with a satisfyingly dense crumb. The tartness of the lemon pairs perfectly with the sweetness of the strawberries, and is complimented by the gentle crunch of the poppy seeds.

Allergens
This cake is suitable for vegans, just use your favorite dairy free butter/oil and milk. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and therefore is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.
