The kits contain the same quality ingredients used in The Caker’s Auckland and LA bakeries. Simple to make with no special equipment needed, the kits come complete with decorations and a non-stick cake pan liner.
In this cake, tart and juicy cherries compliment the unique flavour of certified organic matcha powder. A matcha glaze and freeze dried cherry decorations add a welcome sweetness, which rounds off each bite into something none other than perfect. This recipe contains ground almonds, which helps ensure the baked cake is exceptionally moist and luscious.

This cake is suitable for vegans, just use your favorite dairy free butter/oil and milk. This cake contains tree nuts (ground almonds) and wheat and is not suitable for those with nut or gluten allergies or intolerances.
